Industrial Products
We have extensive experience in delivering rubber products to industrial companies around the world. Often materials and designs are required that enable the absorption of shock, sound and vibrations. Products we manufacture are used to make machines and systems safer, quieter and more energy-efficient. We develop the products together with you to meet your high demands and specifications, both today and in the future.
Marine
The marine industry needs rubber products that can withstand extreme conditions. Together, we select the right materials, develop prototypes and perform technical calculations to achieve the best possible end product. We have extensive experience and our machinery is adapted for the production of large and complex products for the marine and offshore industries.
Our entrepreneurship has resulted in a patented fender system, De:Fender, for the marine industry.
Mining & Construction
The focus in this business area is on operational reliability, increased lifespan and reduced wear. All our years in the industry have allowed us to accumulate invaluable knowledge about materials, which we have optimized to withstand harsh environments with heavy wear and high loads. Products for the mining industry are often a combination of rubber with additional materials, such as steel, textile or ceramic. Over the years, in close collaboration with our customers, we have developed wear protection, screening media, dust seals, machine feet and noise and vibration dampeners.
Sealings
Products we manufacture are used around the world where high demands are placed on sealing and safety. With your requirements in focus, we develop tailored material solutions for prototypes, products, and series production. Our experts support you in designing diaphragms, gaskets, bushings, and other sealing components.
One of our customers is Roxtec, where the combination of our material and their product design provides certified protection against multiple risks, including fire, gas and water leakage.
Sports
We have extensive experience in delivering high-quality rubber products to companies focused on sports and health. Rubber is often used to achieve a combination of different properties – everything from friction and bounce to wear resistance. We are proud to be able to contribute to new world records together with our customers, but even more importantly, to improved public health.
Examples of this include patented weight lifting discs, rubber coated horseshoes and roller ski wheels for the biggest brands on the market.
